Joyce has been a hygienist for 40 years. A hygiene graduate of Sinclair Community College, she also has a Bachelor’s degree in business from Ohio Dominican University. Joyce has been married to her husband Jim for 28 years. She has 2 daughters Hallie and Hillary and 3 grandchildren: Heidi, Whitney, and Miles.
